Job Description

Billing Specialist
Seeking a law firm experienced Billing Specialist to join a fast-paced accounting group.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ billing experience.
Prior law firm experience required.
Proficiency in Aderant or Elite, MS Office, and Excel is a must.
Electronic billing experience is strongly desired.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
Must have the ability to interact professionally with attorneys, co-workers, and management is a must.
Should be able to work independently and as a member of a team.

Must have a demonstrated track record in delivering a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients.

Targeted compensation DOE, $35-$40/hr + OT eligible
