Policy Support Coordinator
Communicates to dealers the results of their evaluation. Explains why the ad is not compliant and provides recommendations on how to make the ad complaint.
Using the CRM tool, researches potential ad violations to determine if the ad was submitted for pre-approval
Prepares dealer appeal files
Assists with presentation preparation
.This individual will respond to questions received from the dealers, advertising and marketing agencies, and Field Team members regarding the policies and ads submitted for pre-approval.This individual will also assist in the violation process with direction from the Lead, Dealer Credit & Compliance. This includes contacting field staff and other internal stakeholders about policy violations and dealer issues, violation processing, and tracking/reporting of violations and team performance statistics as well as maintenance of an internal database.Previous auditing and/or legal background preferred. SAP system experience helpful.
