Drives our clients and customer success by accelerating deployment of Client based solutions.Working through complex SOW s to determine the appropriate deliverables and outcomes and further define as needed.Delivering high-quality engagements in both large and smaller scale project environments with high customer satisfaction.Knowledge transfer and instruction on best practices with team members that help enhance the quality and efficiency of customer service.Establish effective working relationships with our clients Engineering and Support organization by working through appropriate escalation channels.Work as an integral part of our clients team and establish strong relationships with field sales, partners, and other internal resources as appropriate. This position has frequent interaction with our clients enterprise and ISV customers, partner teams, technical account managers, and customer teams ranging from executives to support staff.Helps our clients sales teams identify, pursue and close strategic business development opportunities while continually driving add-on business within existing accounts.Mentoring and supporting other team members to grow the practice delivery capabilitiesCoach, guide and lead the client's customers and partners to successful Technology implementationsContributing to the growth of the practice through developing and enhancing Intellectual Property for new and existing offerings.Required skills & experience: Excellent and referenceable track record of successful customer implementations and meeting customer expectationsDeep technical skills in the following areas: SQLJavaJDBCLinuxDistributed computingApplication Server-based deployment modelsAWSBS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similarMinimum of 10 years working on deployments with customers
