Trade Support Specialist
As an integral member of the M/O Operations team, this position will work between several global teams as well as directly with portfolio managers and Prime Brokers.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years within Trade operations and P/L support with a track record of working on strategic projects managed through completion, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.

As an integral member of the M/O Operations team, this position will work between several global teams as well as directly with portfolio managers and Prime Brokers.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years within Trade operations and P/L support with a track record of working on strategic projects managed through completion, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper trade capture upon execution of key products including Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Equities, Commodities, Foreign Exchange, Futures, US Treasuries, Corporate bonds, and Mortgage securities as well as various bond products, including domestic and other non-dollar and emerging markets.
- Reconciliation of trading affirmation/confirmation platforms
- Research/Resolve settlements breaks for both bilateral and cleared derivatives
- Monitor Trade Queues
- Ensure compliance of regulatory rules
- New Product Onboarding
- System Implementation
- Strong product and working knowledge of Equities, Equity Vol, Total Return Swaps, Commodities including Power and Gas, FTR, and all related Futures
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline (finance, economics, accounting, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with PM’s and brokers
- Five plus years of experience at a financial services firm
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency with Excel
- Well- organized, detail- oriented; able to multi-task and keep track of various deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
