Call Center Customer Service Representative

JOB DETAILS:Summary: The Outbound Services Agent will report directly to the Director of Operations. This position is responsible for processing outbound calls to customers at high quality and efficiency levels. Additionally, the position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, proper documentation and proper disposition/pending process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Outbound calling for multiple campaigns:
o Phone History Interview
Completion of all non-clinical PHI s
Management of the PHI Problem Queue
Scheduling of clinical PHI s
Completion of additional assessment work as directed
Knowledge & Skills:
Communication -- verbal and written
Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office
Customer Service expertise
Attention to detail
Previous customer service experience required
Customer service experience over the phone is preferred
Excellent attendance and punctuality required
