The individual will be a member of the Talent Campus Recruiting Team and will help manage the campus recruiting process across business units:
  • Partner with Campus Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Managers and the Business to develop and execute an effective line of business campus recruiting strategy for both the Summer and Full-Time programs
  • Collaborate with Campus Strategy team to execute on-campus strategy campus presentations, targeted events, etc.
  • Ensure appropriate line of business participation at all relevant campus and in-house events
  • Work with counterparts to ensure a coordinated effort and to share top candidates. Assist regional recruiters with events hosted in NY
  • Partner with Diversity Campus Recruiting Team on key initiatives and events; support all diversity efforts and continue to reiterate and reinforce messaging in line of business specific initiatives
  • Liaise with candidates regarding interview logistics, offer details, and the hiring process for both Full-Time and Summer Intern programs
  • Manage the entire interview process. This includes securing interviewers, coordinating logistics, and facilitating debrief meetings to determine offers
  • Partner with the business to determine and implement sell strategies for candidates with offers
  • Facilitate the on boarding processes in conjunction with Program Managers, Business Support Managers, and Recruiting Coordinators

Requirements
  • MUST have Bachelor s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of campus/professional recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of Financial Institutions
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast paced environment
  • Flexible; team player; self-starter; self-motivated; shows initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Excellent client relationship skills; able to forge strong relationships with internal and external partners and be a visible representative of the Company in multiple forums
  • Strong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle, peaks and valleys, and market practices and trends
  • Strong consulting, project management and process thinking abilities. Can plan, build and execute (often simultaneously)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; listens and communicates in a direct, succinct manner; able to influence senior executives
  • Adaptable and flexible within an evolving organization
  • Experience with pre-hire assessments and video interviewing platforms preferred
