Position Title Customer Service Representatice

Overview

The customer service representative assists with the inbound calls of current customers, answering their questions and concerns about all products and services for a highly ranked health care solutions firm in the Worcester Metro Area.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Explain company processes to clients
  • Meet and support established service goals and business objectives
  • Record call information in computer system
  • Escalate calls as necessary to 3 different call center teams
  • Participate in problem-solving and decision-making activities

  • High level of professionalism and maturity
  • Excellent hearing and listening skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus
