Job DescriptionUnder the direction of the Enrollment Manager, the Enrollment Systems Analyst supports daily business and system analysis functions for the Department. The Enrollment Systems Analyst will participate in cross-functional projects affecting multiple departments or with high member impacts, and business and regulatory compliance risks. The Enrollment Systems Analyst is responsible for monitoring enrollment file loads to ensure with accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies, procedures and regulations. The Enrollment Systems Analyst implements and monitors new processes that contribute to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Service Level Agreements as well as improving the member and provider experience.Key Responsibilities/Essential FunctionsProcess Improvement/Inventory Management/Cross-functional collaborationImplement and monitor end-to-end processed for key functions including but not limited to member enrollmentImplement and monitor change control procedures for system and/or process changesAssess business area needs and implement process improvements to enhance enrollment accuracy and timelinessTesting SupportParticipate in test case development and testing execution, as requiredDocument all issues and maintain communication with department management for resolution when appropriateParticipate in the development and execution of testing plansJob RequirementsTechnicalExcelWord, Power Point, MS SQL ServerBasic SQL - create simple queries and modify existing queriesLotus NotesEducationBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience is requiredExperience3-5 years experience in healthcare or financeSkill RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Proficiency with MS Office applications (Works, PowerPoint, Excel, Access), knowledge of MS SQL Server and ability to create or modify existing SQL queries. Capacity to learn about database applications. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team as well as an individual contributor. Ability to work under pressure and with attention to detail and changing priorities.
