Our client in Boston is seeking an IT Support technician for a contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of hardware and software for internal employees. In addition to troubleshooting issues, you will be responsible for upgrading systems and providing end user training
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Prior IT Support experience; help desk and/or desktop support (3 years+)
- Ability to communicate with non-technical end users
- Windows support
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Active Directory experience
- Experience setting up work stations
- Basic network (LAN) troubleshooting skills
- Mobile device troubleshooting
