Responsibilities Review referrals from providers, guardians, and other sources to determine if individuals meet the criteria to have an assessment completed. (Long Term Care (LTC), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR), Intermediate Care Facility for Intellectual Disability (ICF/IID), Other Related Condition (ORC), Geropsychiatric Unit (GPU)). Review and communicate information with providers, utilizing a computer database system for determining on-site assessment completion. Work within a tight turnaround time assuring contract compliance.Requirements An Associate Degree in Health, Human Services, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field. Must be professional, have an eye for detail and be quality driven Have one (1) year of experience within a healthcare, mental health, long term care, insurance, or Medicaid settingExperience: healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)Education: Associate (Preferred)
