Position Title: Member Service Representative
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional and efficient customer service
- Process applications for walk-in patrons, and make a daily report of them
- Perform account maintenance, i.E. Opening new accounts, making payments, changing account information, etc.
- Protect account information
- Audit work for accuracy
- Assist in opening and closing office as needed
- Must be bilingual Portuguese preferred, Spanish considered.
- Must be available between 7AM and 7PM weekdays and some Saturdays 9AM to 1PM. Saturdays would be on a rotating basis with one day off during the week.
