Position Title: Member Service Representative



Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional and efficient customer service
  • Process applications for walk-in patrons, and make a daily report of them
  • Perform account maintenance, i.E. Opening new accounts, making payments, changing account information, etc.
  • Protect account information
  • Audit work for accuracy
  • Assist in opening and closing office as needed

Qualifications:
  • Must be bilingual Portuguese preferred, Spanish considered.
  • Must be available between 7AM and 7PM weekdays and some Saturdays 9AM to 1PM. Saturdays would be on a rotating basis with one day off during the week.
