Job Duties Mail Distribution Phone Support provide a central contact for suppliers and customers when calling Receive internal/external phone/mail inquiries and respond/direct to appropriate individual United Parcel Services duties Distribution of regular reports Administration of SAP Sourcing Support Scheduling meetings and book conference rooms Make travel arrangements Take minutes for meetings. Transcribe and distribute minutes Create and maintain project and personnel files Compose letters and correspondence Ordering general office and break room supplies Perform Sarbanes-Oxley control testing Monitor and track Certificates of Insurance from suppliers/enter data into the EBIX COI tracking tool. Demonstrates high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrates initiative and solid organization skills in order to manage multiple priorities and a wide variety of assignments with tight deadlines. Demonstrates skills in customer service, accountability for assignments, attention to details and meeting commitments. Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft applications is preferred. Previous experience using SAP. Integrity and discretion for handling sensitive and confidential information.
