Position Title Procurement Clerk

Overview

Brand new temporary position managing the supplies and services offered to the community of a highly ranked college in the Boston Area.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Compile requests for materials
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Keep track of purchases and supplies
  • Handle order inquiries
  • Make sure that purchased arrive on schedule and meet the specifications identified by the purchaser

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
