Our Client located in the Back Bay, is looking to add a Property Administrator to the team for exciting reasons as the company is growing and requires more support in the Property Management area. This role will help support the department in the day to day management of a diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities include:
  • Administrative support, day to day functions for the department
  • Handling of tenant inquiries and maintaining all tenant files
  • Tracking of Accounts Receivables
  • Data base management, tracking reports and mail merge
  • Will process maintenance requests as needed
  • Handling vendor inquiries, maintain vendor contracts and process invoices
  • Provide information relating to monthly reporting and overall assistance in preparation of monthly reports
  • Additional support as needed

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • Associates or Bachelor s degree preferred
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Individuals must be able to work independently, understand how to prioritize and multi-task
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Real Estate experience is highly desirable
