JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Ensure activities and processes are in compliance with both company QA standards and applicable contractual standards2. Enter, transcribe, record, store, or maintain information in written or electronic and magnetic form relating to services, processes and quality system3. Conduct quality assurance for completeness, accuracy, consistency and conformity4. Coordinate review activities as assigned by QA Supervisor or the QA Manager and document the disposition of evaluation challenges5. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels and verify the implementation of solutions6. Maintain current knowledge of the program, including policies and procedures as referenced in the employee and quality manuals, and update quality manual and data base as needed7. Research and gather data for special studies assigned by the QA Supervisor or the QA Manager8. Interpret quality standards and provide support to facets of project to further quality assurance goals9. Perform analysis and identify errors in the inspection of finished services10. Provide and update routine reports11. Assist with internal audits and maintain reports based on audits, when needed12. Perform other duties as may be assigned by management EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence) required; Bachelors degree is preferred. Minimum 3 years of related work experience; experience in a quality control and measurement role preferred, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment. Experience analyzing performance and quality data. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products. Experience QA measurement methods and/or systems, ISO 9001-2000, Baldridge or Six Sigma a plus. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment. Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently. Ability to conduct and manage project reviews and communicate process improvement recommendations
