Job Description
Our client is seeking an experience Accounting Manager, with a strong background in financial management to join a very busy firm and team.
Responsibilities:
- Will oversee the accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, billing, and office management functions.
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports
- Will processing weekly payroll ensuring compliance
- Support HR functions for Time Reporting, onboarding and offboarding.
- Will Supervise and mentor the staff, including training and professional development as well as performance management.
- Managing the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensuring databases to be current and accurate
- Will produce billing and time reporting data and analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is a must
- At least 10+ years in an accounting and managerial capacity is required
- Must have advanced proficiency with all Microsoft applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
