Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
- Under the general direction of the SCO Clinical Operations Supervisor, the Administrative Assistant II provides administrative & clerical support for the SCO Care Management department.
- Duties include supporting the department and departmental nurses with data entry, answering phones, filing, photocopying, faxing, assembling packets for mailings, and performing other special projects as assigned.
- As administrative support for the nurses, tasks include contacting Primary Care Provider offices and other SCO Providers.
Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:
- High School Graduate required; Associates Degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Science preferred.
- One to two years of administrative experience in a professional environment required.
- Proficiency required in Microsoft Office.
