Job Description


The Panther Group is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Test Technician to support complex engineering and test operations in Orlando, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical professional with experience in electronic testing, stress testing, troubleshooting, C#, Git, and engineering documentation within a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience supporting engineers through hardware/software testing, technical data analysis, eCASS/SSR systems, and advanced troubleshooting.
What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced technical support to engineering teams across testing, evaluation, and product development activities
  • Conduct stress testing on eCASS and SSR systems
  • Gather, compile, analyze, and maintain technical data from:
    • Hardware tests
    • Electronic evaluations
    • Engineering changes
    • Laboratory results
  • Support electrical, electronic, and mechanical testing activities
  • Troubleshoot:
    • Circuit cards
    • Electronic systems
    • Cable harnesses
    • Electro-mechanical systems
  • Use C# and Git to support software-related testing and process activities
  • Perform mathematical calculations and preliminary technical analysis
  • Interpret test data and make quantitative assessments
  • Produce technical documentation including:
    • Reports
    • Schematics
    • Flow charts
    • Block diagrams
  • Collaborate with engineers on process improvements, product modifications, and test execution
What You Bring
  • Strong experience in:
    • Stress testing
    • Hardware/electronic testing
    • Circuit troubleshooting
    • Instrumentation
    • Engineering support
  • Experience with:
    • C#
    • Git
    • eCASS / SSR (highly preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret:
    • Schematics
    • Circuit designs
    • Engineering documentation
  • Background in:
    • Electronics
    • Electrical testing
    • Mechanical assembly
    • Cable harnesses
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a technical environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with:
    • Power BI
    • Six Sigma
    • Circuit card troubleshooting
    • Hardware validation
  • Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments
Pay $18-$25 per hour DOE
