About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Aerospace & Defense Customer Compliance Manager to support our growing Aerospace & Defense business. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to become the company's subject matter expert for customer compliance requirements while partnering with leadership across multiple locations.

What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the internal expert for aerospace and defense customer compliance requirements
Support and collaborate with teams across locations
Review and oversee Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Evaluate customer purchase orders and portal requirements to ensure compliance
Manage customer compliance documentation and requirement flow-downs
Standardize and harmonize AS9100 practices across multiple facilities
Support CMMC compliance initiatives and internal audit activities
Maintain documentation and evidence related to RoHS and REACH requirements
Partner with operations, quality, sales, and leadership teams to drive continuous compliance improvements
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
AS9100 & Internal Auditing
Strong working knowledge of AS9100 standards
Experience conducting or supporting internal audits
Ability to assess compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
CMMC Knowledge
Experience supporting CMMC compliance efforts
Understanding of cybersecurity requirements as they relate to audits and compliance
Deep cybersecurity expertise is not required, but familiarity with CMMC requirements is important
Aerospace & Defense Industry Experience
Experience supporting aerospace and defense customers
Understanding of customer-specific requirements and compliance flow-downs
Ability to interpret and manage customer expectations across multiple facilities
RoHS & REACH Compliance
Experience maintaining compliance documentation
Ability to gather and provide evidence supporting regulatory requirements
