Assembly Technician

Job Description
- Operate with a high sense of urgency Electro-Mechanical Assemblies.
- Able to plan and manage job assignments and meet scheduled goals.
- Able to read, understand and assemble a variety of products according to assembly procedures, drawings and bill-of-material.
- Understand how to reference and comply with IPC-610 standards, J-Standard-001 manuals experience would be a plus.
- Able to perform manufacturing tasks with limited engineering notes, work instructions and schematics.
- Experience with fine pitch SMT soldering desired.
- Able to identify and select/sort electronic components and sub-assemblies.
- Install /assemble a wide variety of electronic components.
- Perform hand-soldering desired.
- Safely operate hand tools, soldering equipment, etc.
- Ability to remove and re-install components using de-soldering/soldering tools desired.
- Use a high powered microscope for precise assembly work.
- Experienced with assembly and measuring tools, able to perform basic shop-floor math.
- Maintain and organize assembly work stations.
- Documentation must be complete and accurate using cGMP.
- Possess good written and oral communication skills.
- Comply with appropriate safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- HS diploma/GED required
