Job Description
Benefits Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Panther Group is searching for a Benefits Coordinator to support and help coordinate proposal responses and enter routine responses into an online system.
The role requires following instructions while being able to independently trouble-shoot simple issues, working cross-functionally, communicating with multiple partners in the quoting process, and the ability to enter data accurately.
Required Skills:
- Attention to detail and critical thinking when performing data entry
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to set and track internal deadlines
- Ability to use Microsoft Suite tools, including Outlook, Teams, and Edge
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of the group benefits insurance space, especially voluntary benefits
- Prior experience using SalesForce to review client details
- Prior experience using ProposalTech to enter quote and proposal details
