Cable Assembler (RF / Microwave)
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
We’re looking for a hands-on Cable Assembler to join our team and help build high-quality RF and microwave cable assemblies. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a collaborative manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare, assemble, and inspect RF/microwave cables using established procedures
Prepping cables for soldering contacts and connector assemblies
Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete assemblies accurately
Perform in-process inspections (workmanship, dimensions, etc.) to ensure quality
Record and track assembly and production data
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Suggest ideas to improve assembly methods and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with cable assembly or similar hands-on manufacturing work
Ability to read drawings and follow written/verbal instructions
Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement equipment (calipers, gauges, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic math skills
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Soldering certifications such as J-STD-001 or IPC-A-620
