Cable Assembler Technician/Group Leader
We are hiring a Cable Assembler Technician/Group Leader to join our client's Cable and Integrated Systems manufacturing team in the North Attleborough, MA, area.
In this role, you will:
Lead a team of cable assemblers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
Determine labor and machine requirements based on work schedules, and assign work accordingly
Assemble electrical cables, wiring harnesses, and electro-mechanical components following detailed blueprints and schematics
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical blueprints accurately
Identifies and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the department
For this job applicants need to have have:
Experience as a hands-on leader in a manufacturing environment
Experience with electrical panel building, wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly
Knowledge of manufacturing best practices including IPC 620 and J-STD-001
