Calibration Coordinator

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all activities relating to the calibration program.
- Organize, communicate and supervise calibration events across the facilities (CT and CTE) at regular scheduled intervals.
- Be proficient in the use of the calibration and maintenance database (data entry, record maintenance and report generation).
- Help develop and maintain written calibration procedures and work instructions as necessary.
- Report discrepancies as required when inspection, measuring and test equipment performance results are unsatisfactory.
- Nonconforming equipment will follow the nonconforming process.
- Customer owned equipment requires their approval for calibration and repairs.
- Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions when working within the manufacturing area.
- Attending required training as necessary.
- Understands and follows good documentation practices in an ISO 9001 environment.
- Responsible for following company's Quality Management System, and ISO 9001 requirements.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
