Job Description
CLERICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Summary:
The Panther Group is searching for an experienced Clerical Support Specialist to fill a temporary position in the New Business area. The ideal candidate will be eager to apply their excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills to various administrative tasks while learning more about the insurance application process. This will require working 5 days per week in our client’s office located in the Pittsfield, MA area. Â
Job Description:
• Support on-site correspondence printing, letter pairing, and mailings
• Participate in outbound insurance status calls
• Data entry and coding of insurance applications
• Broad administrative tasks and assignments
Required Experience:
• Flexibility to manage changing work demands
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, think pro-actively, prioritize workload, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong technical skills with ability in Microsoft-based applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint
• Acts proactively to achieve results and strives to deliver more than is expected
• High integrity and discretion on the handling of confidential and/or sensitive information
