Clinical Pharmacist Job Duties:
- Under the direction of the Clinical Pharmacy Sr. Manager, the Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for reviewing MNGs, writing appropriate qsets, entering qset criteria into PAHub for Medicaid, Commercial and Medicare.
- PAHub entry includes: qset questions, product linking, edit type, denial language for RxUM team and manage the daily caseload to meet interim deadlines for 4.1.2023 go live production.
- The Clinical Pharmacist will also be required to test PAHub entries to ensure input meets RxUM production needs.
- The Clinical Pharmacy Team will train the Clinical Pharmacist to ensure correct PAHub entry to ensure adherence to established timeframes.
- The Clinical Pharmacist consults as required with Sr Clinical Manage and/or Sr Clinical Pharmacists to follow workflows, seek guidance and inquiries to complete required work.
