Copy Center Operator - (2nd Shift - Legal Industry)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Copy Center Operator to support increased workloads related to law firm trial activity. This temporary, in-office role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage high-volume production work, and delivers excellent customer service.
The Copy Center Operator will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and internal teams to produce and deliver accurate, time-sensitive documents and binders.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-volume printing, scanning, and document production using high-speed Canon devices and related software
  • Assemble binders, including punching, binding, and ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Create custom tabs, folders, labels, and formatted documents
  • Scan documents to email and network folders using eCopy ShareScan and CaptureOnTouch
  • Navigate network drives to copy, organize, and manage files
  • Cut custom-sized materials such as name tags, tent cards, invitations, and event materials
  • Prioritize and self-assign requests to meet tight deadlines
  • Track and log requests, deliveries, and billing using Equitrac and Excel-based logs
  • Assist with delivery of completed work throughout the office
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with inventory and supply management
  • Maintain quality control and confidentiality at all times
 
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong computer and equipment operation skills
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat and digital printing (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a busy law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed
