Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Credit & Collections professional for a temporary assignment with a well-established, growth-oriented organization.
This is a high-visibility position requiring strong financial analysis skills, international experience, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer financial statements and supporting documentation to assess credit risk
Conduct bank and trade reference reviews and interpret third-party credit reports
Establish and manage credit limits and payment terms
Monitor and reconcile customer aging to ensure accuracy
Drive timely collection of outstanding receivables through professional written and verbal communication
Partner closely with sales and internal operational teams to support business objectives while mitigating risk
Prepare and distribute month-end and quarter-end reporting
Support order management and backlog review processes
Manage a portfolio of complex commercial accounts, including large national and international customers
Utilize ERP systems to support accounts receivable and order management activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of progressive credit and collections experience within a commercial or product-based environment
Experience working with both domestic and international customers
Strong financial statement analysis and risk assessment skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience required)
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
