Under the direction of the Satellite Office Supervisor/Satellite Office Associate Supervisor, the Satellite Office CSR is the primary customer interface for the program. The CSR is responsible for all account maintenance involving walk-in customers. The CSR scans the work for accuracy, and ensures all required information is provided. The CSR will open new accounts, make payments, change account information, recertify accounts, test and replace transponders, and respond to patron requests.Â

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Â

Providing exceptional customer service and efficiently handling patron issuesÂ

Process applications for walk-in patronsÂ
-
Perform account maintenance and other account changes via databaseÂ
-
Assist in the reduction of Production backlog (i.e. web applications, etc.)Â

Contact customers for additional account informationÂ
-
Prepare reports to include daily Walk-In ReportÂ
-
Audit work for accuracyÂ
-
Cash out and prepare deposit at end of shiftÂ
-
Assist in opening and closing the office as needed Â
Required Skills:Â

1-2 years customer service experienceÂ

Flexibility in schedulingÂ

Excellent phone skills, data entry skills, customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skillsÂ

Adapt quickly, efficiently, and positively to various projects assignedÂ

Works well in a fast-paced, multi-task environmentÂ

Must remain professional under every circumstance with patrons and staff membersÂ

Must be flexible to work various shifts between 7AM – 7PM with rotating weekends.Â
