The CSR is responsible for all account maintenance involving walk-in customers. The CSR will open new accounts, make payments, change account information, recertify accounts, test, and replace transponders, and respond to patron requests.
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Â
Providing exceptional customer service
Process applications
Perform account maintenance and other account changes.
Assist in the reduction of Production backlog.
Contact customers for additional account information.Â
Prepare reports to include daily Walk-In ReportÂ
Audit work for accuracyÂ
Pay Rate:Â $18.00Â
Cash out and prepare deposit at end of shift.Â
Assist in opening and closing the office as needed. Â
Required Skills:Â
1-2 years customer service experienceÂ
Excellent phone skills, data entry skills, customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.Â
Adapt quickly, efficiently, and positively to various projects assigned.Â
Works well in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment.Â
Must be flexible to work various shifts between 7AM – 7PM with rotating weekends.Â
