  • Accept inbound calls regarding status of hearings and overflow calls from Contact Center

  • Answer inquiries regarding rescheduling and reminder notices of hearing date

  • Prepare hearing template package in required order for Hearing Officer

  • Align all attachments including the factual summary from Adjudication department

  • Set up the Hearing, greet the appellant approximately 15 minutes earlier

  • Set up the recording, listen and take notes, ultimately attaching the recording to the case file

  • Reach out to Marketplace contact and connect them as HO requires

  • May perform additional functions as requested by management within scope of general requirements



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification; other combinations of education and experience will be considered. Background in health care, human services, or customer service. Experience in data entry and call centers. Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
