Job Description
Objective:
Provide outreach support to primary care practices during the open enrollment season, ensuring accurate appointment availability data and supporting the sales team in fulfilling provider-related requests. Responsibilities:Outbound Provider Calls
Call primary care practices to confirm appointment availability for new and existing patients.
Document key details, including appointment wait times, location, date of outreach.
Escalate any provider issues or access concerns to the Provider Relations team.
​​​​​​​Sales Team Support
Respond to primary care provider requests submitted by the sales team during open enrollment.
Assist with verifying provider participation
Coordinate with sales representatives and provider relations staff to ensure timely resolution of requests
​​​​​​​Data Entry & Documentation
Accurately log all outreach activities, outcomes, and provider responses in the designated tracking system.
Maintain up-to-date records to support network adequacy and compliance requirements.
Prepare summary reports of outreach activity and identified issues.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls to physician offices.
Ability to handle inquiries professionally and escalate as appropriate.
Experience with data entry, logging call outcomes in excel
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of healthcare provider networks, primary care, or health insurance operations (preferred).
