Job Description


 
Patient Scheduling Remote Call Center agents are responsible for answering incoming patient calls and utilizing company policies to schedule patient appointments; providing appointment reminders to scheduled patients; and returning calls to patients with appointment questions. Call center agents are often the first point of contact for patients; call center agents must be committed to high-quality customer service satisfaction and be able to make quick and accurate decisions.

Must Have Requirements:
• Healthcare background, knowledge of medical terminology, and experience/training in using PHI/SPI/HIPAA desirable, as well as past experience in a professional office or health care environment
• Strong customer service and phone contact handling and active listening skills; excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Bilingual, English and Spanish speaking, desired
• Computer experience required
• This is a remote position and requires private secure work space with reliable utilities and internet services.
