Job Description
Our Client is seeking an individual to join their Customer Support team, providing excellence in customer experience. You will deliver information to clients via phone, live chat, email and utilize social media as well.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries throughout the application process
- Provide accurate solutions to clients
- Maintain expertise in all products and systems discussing features with potential clients, current clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist in managing the customer experiences and maintaining quality of products
- Ensuring an understanding to mitigate and minimize transfers, escalations, and call backs by using all available resources
- Offer interactions with clients that are consistent with company policies
- Effectively navigate multiple computer systems while engaging customer interaction
- Participate and pass competency testing in technical and customer service skills training
- Ensuring awareness of current and best practices
- Support the creations and implementation of operational processes
- Maintain exceptional confidentiality to protect the privacy of Clients and the intellectual property of the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree is required or extensive experience in lieu of a degree
- Current Indiana Life and Health License required.
- Financial services background is highly desired
- At least 2 years customer support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Outstanding computer skills (MS office)
- Experience with direct-to-consumer customer support platforms is highly desired including ZenDesk, Slack, Sendsafely, Google Drive, Box, or Cisco.
- Social Media Customer Support Experience ideal
- Online Chat experience is highly desired
- Ability to prioritize/multitask
