ResponsibilitiesThis individual will be responsible for efficiently and accurately carrying out day-to-day operational tasks, including: Work with large amounts of data Ability to design and execute import and export processes as well as recognize the existence (or absence) of patterns in the data Processing, calculating, analyzing and conducting quality assurance for Medicaid reimbursement claims Creating and refining ongoing project and stakeholder communications, outreach, help-guides, and support documents Assist with and support the implementation of major project phases or tasks.Maintaining a technologically sound and innovative platform is integral to maintaining project satisfaction and growth. The ideal candidate will integrate technological proficiency and problem-solving skills to reconcile and communicate project needs to the development team. Tasks include: Proactively seeking methods for improving applications and processes Support complex projects and/or production of sophisticated deliverables. Participate in user acceptance testing to support quality control processesOther duties: Proactively identify ways that internal processes can be improved Participate in internal meetings related to project performance and support Assist with special projects as assigned Positively contribute to the team, office, region, and firm culture, community, and environmentQualifications A consultancy mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and empathize with project managers Attitude of taking initiative, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn Expectation and commitment to hard work Proven ability to effectively present information and responds to questions from leadership Thorough and unrelenting attention to detail Fluent communication and interpersonal skills with business teams and technical colleagues Proven ability to take initiative and seek solutions Ability to use sound judgment in completing tasks and to seek guidance from leadership when needed Enthusiasm for life-long learning and staying well-informed about current business issues Proven ability to make presentations to various audiences Experience with the following programs required: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word Experience with the following programs a plus: JIRA, AsanaRequired Experience: Bachelor's degree required Minimum 1 years of work experience required Experience in technical roles is a plus
