Job Description
Electromechanical Assembler We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Electromechanical Assembler to join our growing team. If you enjoy building complex systems, solving problems, and working closely with engineering on new product development, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do:
Perform a wide range of electromechanical assembly, including cabling, connecting, and torquing large and small components.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs).
Work closely with Engineering and Product Management to support new product builds and provide production feedback.
Follow ISO/AS9100 quality standards and online manufacturing documentation.
Use tools and perform tasks such as drilling, reaming, tapping, burnishing, crimping, and pull testing.
Manage inventory needs, check BOMs, and help prioritize workload.
Train and guide team members on proper assembly procedures.
Work both indoors and outdoors as needed, including at heights or on large structures.
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma (or equivalent).
4–6 years of manufacturing or electromechanical assembly experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable lifting heavy objects and working on large equipment, vehicles, gantries, ladders, or manlifts.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality and safety.
Pay rate: $25-$28 Per Hour Depending on Experience
