Job Description

Electrical Controls Engineer:

A hands-on Electrical Controls Engineer with Allen-Bradley PLC programming experience and continuous motion controls knowledge.

Must-Have Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming 
  • Experience with PLC Motion Control / Continuous Motion Systems 
  • Experience programming within the IEC 61131-3 framework, including:
    • Ladder Logic
    • Structured Text
    • Function Block
    • Statement List
  • Experience programming HMI interfaces.
  • Understanding of electrical controls and machine safety standards.
Preferred Skills
  • AutoCAD Electrical or similar CAD software.
  • Experience commissioning and troubleshooting automated equipment.
  • Ability to support assembly technicians during machine startup.
  • Ability to document PLC code and system functionality.
