Electro-Mechanical / Panel AssemblersÂ
The Panther Group has an immediate need for multiple EM Assemblers and Panel Assemblers for a leading manufacturing facility in the Westborough, MA area.
Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
The Panther Group has an immediate need for multiple EM Assemblers and Panel Assemblers for a leading manufacturing facility in the Westborough, MA area.
Responsibilities
- Work from written instructions that provide detailed methods and sequence of assembly operations using a bill of materials, wiring diagrams and assembly drawings.
- Assemble and fabricate assemblies using company-supplied hand and power tools.
- Assemble electrical panels and electrical boxes.
- Assemble products per assembly process specifications.
- Work with groups ranging from 2-8 people.
Minimum Requirements:
- The entry level positions require one year experience in a manufacturing environment
- The senior positions require 5+ years’ experience in a similar role and:
- Experience wiring electrical panels and/or electrical sub-assemblies.
- Experience with hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, tape measures, wrenches, and torque wrenches.
- Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical wiring work.
- Experience with complex panels, multiple components and large wire run lists.
- All levels require:
- High School diploma or GED with experience, prefer technical school.
- Strong attention to detail, focus, and highest standards for quality.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Hand/Eye coordination with some mechanical dexterity.
- Exposure to hand tools and power tools.
- Exposure to work instructions and blueprints is a plus.
- Experience with large scale capital equipment is a plus.

Electro-Mechanical Assembler Level IÂ $19.00-$21.00Â (Depending on Experience)
Electro-Mechanical Assembler Level IIÂ $21.00-$26.00Â (Depending on Experience)
Electrical Panel Assembler IÂ $21-$23Â Depending on Experience
Electrical Panel Assembler IIÂ $24-$26Â Depending on Experience
