Job Description
We are hiring multiple motivated Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for our manufacturing client in the Northbridge, MA area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team where you can build a stable and rewarding career. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will support production by assembling, wiring, testing, and inspecting high-quality products.
We welcome candidates with 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Perform electro-mechanical assembly and wire assembly
Conduct quality control inspection and basic testing of completed units
Perform hand soldering and assembly using cup, stack, and hook soldering techniques
Use basic hand tools such as crimpers and wire tools
Follow diagrams, schematics, and written work instructions
Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship
Important Notes
No PCB board work
No wave soldering
Focus is on wire assembly, soldering, QC, and testing
Qualifications
1+ years of assembly, wiring, or manufacturing experienceÂ
Comfortable using basic hand tools
Ability to follow diagrams, schematics, and written instructions
Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn
