Job Description


The Panther Group is seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join a growing electronic systems manufacturing team in Austin, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable hours, competitive pay, and long-term career potential. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assembling electronic components, following detailed work instructions, and performing precision mechanical and soldering operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and systems by following written work instructions, process sheets, diagrams, and prints.

  • Perform mechanical assembly, soldering, and machine-assisted processing operations.

  • Utilize standard measuring tools and inspection techniques to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Interpret samples, visual aids, and documentation to build high-quality electronic assemblies.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Follow all quality, safety, and compliance procedures.
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of high school or trade school education.

  • Experience in electronic component assembly or related manufacturing work.

  • Ability to read and follow technical documentation, diagrams, and work instructions.

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.

  • Must pass drug screening and background check.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with electronic circuit card assembly.

  • Hand soldering experience.
  • IPC J-STD Certification (a plus).
  • Comfortable using Windows-based computers and electronic documentation systems.
