Job Description
The Panther Group is seeking an Electronic Assembler for an exciting long-term opportunity with a leading aerospace and defense manufacturing company in Clearwater, FL. This is a hands-on production role supporting the assembly, soldering, testing, and inspection of electronic and mechanical assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform soldering of wires to terminals and printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Assemble electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies including:
- modules
- boards
- panels
- frames
- drawers
- cables
- Read and follow diagrams, blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly operations
- Conduct continuity checks and basic testing on completed assemblies
- Perform quality inspections to ensure assemblies meet specifications
- Support rework, repair, modification, and testing of assemblies and prototypes as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- 2+ years of soldering experience
- Experience soldering wires to terminals and PCBs REQUIRED
- Previous electronic assembly or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and work instructions
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
