Quality Assurance EngineerÂ
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of professional video and audio (Pro AV) systems.
This is a hands-on role working closely with Engineering and Production teams to test, validate, and improve products before release and shipment.
What You’ll Do
Own all aspects of quality assurance and quality control
Test, measure, and validate video/audio products to ensure compliance with specifications
Perform failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions
Work with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and analyzers
Support verification, validation, and qualification testing
Help drive continuous improvement and process enhancements
Create and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and reports
Collaborate with Engineering on product and process improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
5+ years of QA/QC experience in video/audio hardware or systems
Strong understanding of video/audio systems and signal processing
Experience with lab testing equipment and troubleshooting complex issues
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
