Job Description


The Panther Group is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a dynamic leadership team within a global investment organization. This role will partner closely with senior administrative professionals and provide critical support across a variety of fast-paced business initiatives, while also managing traditional executive support responsibilities.

The successful candidate will serve as a key administrative partner to multiple stakeholders, supporting calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, reporting, and special projects. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in business enablement tools and platforms while working closely with teams that support investment professionals, external relationships, and firm-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive administrative support to multiple senior stakeholders within a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling across multiple time zones, including coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, offsites, and team initiatives.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Generate reports and provide administrative support using internal business systems and tools.
  • Become a subject matter expert on team-specific platforms and tools, helping improve adoption and efficiency across the organization.
  • Support onboarding and training of administrative colleagues on internal processes and technology platforms.
  • Provide backup support and cross-coverage for other Executive Assistants and leadership teams.
  • Assist with special projects, presentations, meeting preparation, and other business initiatives as needed.
  • Capture meeting notes and action items with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a high-volume, fast-paced professional environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies and business systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong service mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and demonstrate sound judgment.
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment with changing priorities and last-minute adjustments.
  • Positive, flexible, and collaborative approach with a willingness to support team goals.
