Job title:   HR – Talent Development Analyst

The Panther Group is seeking a  HR Talent Development Analyst for our client in the financial services industry in the Boston area.

The HR Talent Development Analyst position offers an opportunity to manage the operations required executing all aspects of talent development from workshop administration, vendor management, online learning and creation of new learning solutions to meet business needs.  A key aspect of this role will be the administration of global talent operations through the and they will be heavily involved with workshop planning and execution. 

Roles & Responsibilities:
The HR Talent Development Analyst will have day-to-day responsibility for administering all development offerings provided centrally to the company’s employees through the Learning Management System. Working within a small global team to support the Talent Development needs of the firm you will work to ensure the efficient implementation of all workshops and development events. 

In addition, the HR Talent Development Analyst will:
  • Liaise with vendors to schedule events and ensure correct and timely onboarding of new vendors into our procurement.
  • Manage all logistics related to implementing development events, from creating invites, managing enrollment and planning logistics for the events.
  • Manage the budget and invoicing process and production of reports required for management.
  • Create reports from Learning Central to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of our Talent Development activities
  • Manage New Hire Orientation
  • Provide project management for key programs - Leadership Excellence, Everyday Coaching, Everyday Management, and other targeted programs from design through to ongoing delivery
  • Manage Core Curriculum using Learning Central

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and excellent written/verbal communication.
  • Familiar with using SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; respect for data integrity.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
