Job Description
Health Care Litigation Attorney
We represt a a Boston law firm is seeking a health care litigation attorney to join its health and human services and litigation practices. The firm serves nonprofit, for-profit, and public clients in areas such as health and human services, real estate, affordable housing, civil litigation, employment, and education.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of litigation experience (health care experience preferred).
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
- Ability to think strategically and handle complex work.
- Massachusetts bar membership or ability to waive in.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients across the health care sector, including hospitals, community health centers, nursing homes, assisted living, and human service providers.
- Handle governance, employment, and compliance matters.
- Address survey and certification issues, licensing disputes, peer review, HIPAA and privacy concerns, and labor and employment issues.
Salary: $130K–$150K, depending on experience.
Hybrid schedule: In-office Monday–Wednesday, remote Thursday–Friday.
