Job Description

Helpdesk L1/2 Specialist
Seeking 4 contractors to support our client's helpdesk department with their current volume.
We are looking for individuals located in any state for the following shifts:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM – Monday to Friday (Pacific Time)
11:00 AM to 8:00 PM – Monday to Friday (Pacific Time)
8:00 PM - 5:00 AM – Saturday to Wednesday (Pacific Time)
5:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Wednesday to Sunday (Pacific Time)

This role will be in a local office on the first day of orientation and primarily remote thereafter.
Regardless of the shift assigned, will need to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT, Monday to Friday, for the first few weeks during training.

The contractors will need to be familiar with the following:

Ticketing systems (Footprints, Remedy, etc.)
Mac OS X (Mavericks, Yosemite)
Cisco VPN
DeskSite/iManage
Workshare Products
Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager “SCCM”
Active Directory
VoIP Phone Systems

The assignment should last until the end of the year and are anticipating a start date of October 1st, or sooner.
Targeted $40/hr DoE
