The Panther Group is seeking an IT Specialist for our client in the Kennet Square, GA area. Â

The Panther Group is seeking an IT Specialist for our client in the Kennet Square, GA area. Â
Key Responsibilities
- User Support & Troubleshooting
- Respond to help desk requests via web/email
- Provide in-person and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Build, configure, and repair desktop PCs and laptops
- Manage and maintain internal network hardware including switches, firewalls, and wireless systemsÂ
- Support network printers and multifunction devices
- Administer Active Directory domains and group policies
- Maintain and monitor IP-based storage systems (SAN)
- Perform moves/adds/changes for user workstations and equipment
- Install and coordinate network cabling and related infrastructure
- Assist with Office 365 administration and user management
- Support SaaS-based desktop management and secure remote access tools
- Perform light VMware administration for virtual environments
- Follow and support IT processes that meet regulatory and compliance requirements (pharmaceutical or manufacturing experience preferred)
- Maintain awareness of and respond to security incidents
- Participating in 24x7 on-call rotation for critical system and user issues Qualifications What We Offer Note: This Job Description may not describe all the job responsibilities and standards assigned to this position. They may change from time to time.
 - 3–5+ years of hands-on IT support and administration experience in a business environment
- Broad technical knowledge across networking, systems, and end-user support
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms and enterprise cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information appropriately
- Experience in regulated environments (FDA, HIPAA, etc.) a plus
- Opportunity to work directly with current IT Lead and transition into a key leadership role.
