Job Description

The Panther Group is seeking an experienced Integration Lead to join our technology team at a University in Boston, MA.  This is a hybrid opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Integration Lead for Workday Finance and Payroll is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integrations between Workday Finance and Payroll modules and other enterprise systems.
  • This role requires deep technical expertise in Workday's integration capabilities, financial processes, and payroll management, as well as strong project management skills to coordinate cross functional teams during implementation and ongoing operations.
  • This position plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity across systems, optimizing business processes, and enabling seamless data flow between Workday and third-party applications.
  • The Integration Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to implement reliable, efficient, and secure integration solutions that support organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with ERP system implementations, with at least 3 years specializing in Workday Finance and/or Payroll integrations.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Workday integration tools including Integration Cloud, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and PICOF.
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and its integration with core Workday Finance modules.
  • Strong understanding of financial and payroll business processes including AP/AR, GL, banking, tax filing, benefits, and compensation.
  • This role requires flexibility in performing duties outside of the primary responsibilities to support evolving business needs. The ideal candidate must be adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks or projects as required, ensuring smooth operations across the organization. This may include stepping in to assist with cross-functional teams, handling unexpected challenges, or contributing to initiatives that support business growth and success. A proactive mindset and the ability to pivot quickly are essential for thriving in this dynamic environment.
