Job Description
We are searching for a Lead Hardware Display Engineer. The person selected for this position will:Â

Position Requirements:

Â
- Support concept to production H/W including requirements analysis, electronic design, debug, test, and qualification.
- Lead design, development, and test Electronic H/W products, components, and subsystems.
- Develop requirements, test plans, RFP and RFIs.
- Support component selection, procurement, and oversight of prototype hardware build.
- Support concurrent engineering reviews and trade studies.
- Develop engineering design fixes, and coordinate solutions.
- Perform technology research, feasibility assessments.
- Develop concepts to support advanced technology initiatives, IRADS, proposals, and demonstrators.
- Strong record keeping skills with commitment to tracking design changes, debug status, H/W and S/W revisions.
- Overall Project leadership skills.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 10 years plus of applicable experience. Fewer years will be considered with an advanced degree.  Â
- Experience with analog and digital circuit design, including PCB design. Â
- Experience with single board computers and microcontrollers. Â
- Experience with display technologies and video distribution techniques preferred. Â
- Experience with graphics/video interfaces (DVI, HDMI, RS-170, SDI etc.)Â Â
- Ability to use engineering development and test tools. Â
- Familiarity with military standards and test requirements desired. Â
- EMI/EMC design practices and standards. Â
- Familiarity with industry interface standards and form factors (VITA42/46, COM Express, ETX, etc ...)Â Â
- Capable of obtaining a security clearance (if required). Â
- Occasional overtime, and weekend hours may be required to complete critical tasks. Â
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with interdisciplinary teams. Â
- Teamcenter knowledge, Evcore, peer reviews, SWOTS and other tools.  Â
- Strong multi-tasking skills. Â
- Ability to lead projects. Â
- Note: This is not a remote work position. Candidate is expected to be on site.  Â
