Job Description
Our client, a well-known firm is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to join the team, responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support to Attorneys.

Responsibilities:
- Provides document production, producing contracts, and agreements.
- Preparation of all correspondence including memos and client documentation, as well as client presentations.
- Manages attorney timely billing process
- Maintains attorney calendars
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 5+ years of legal assistant experience supporting corporate and financial services attorneys
- Must have outstanding proficiency utilizing MS Office
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
